Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

At this time, we can only accept orders to ship within the USA.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We ship via UPS. You will be able to select your rate & time of shipping at check out.

We process all orders within 2 business days. A UPS tracking number will be sent once shipment is scheduled with UPS. UPS will only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.

Notification will be sent out immediately if an order will be delayed due to an item being out of stock or backordered.
Delivery Schedule We will process your order within 2 business days. Shipment time is dependent on your shipment option selection. You will be sent a UPS tracking number to track your shipment.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all orders being shipped to an address in the State of Kansas.

Guarantee We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Hey Baby! We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase when accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and an original sales or gift receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns Policy Refunds and merchandise credits are issued for merchandise price only and are less any shipping and handling, gift wrap or special order charges which may apply.

Management reserves the right to refuse a return based on product condition or in the event that it does not comply with our return policy. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition. EVERY return package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All packages received by HeyBabyStore.com without a RMA will not be accepted.

Personalized, special order or drop-ship items are not returnable.

All Sales Final on CLEARANCE sale items. Sale items are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable.

Laundered items will not be accepted. Assembled Strollers, used car seats, breastpumps, breastpump accessories, nursing bras, potty and feeding products cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
*Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We will respond to your request within 2 business days with your RMA.
*Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
*Enclose a copy of the packing list with the item, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item.
*Please write the RMA on the outside of the mailing box.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping costs, if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
